The new version offers you a range of new features which allows users to:
- add picture and video evidence in your reports
- review the media you have submitted as part of your case
- you can also report to other organisations through The Noise App 2.0 if required.
You can log into The Noise App 2.0 using the same email address and password. You can download the new version by clicking on the relevant link below:

**Please note, any information submitted through the old version of the app will not be received by us.
If you have ongoing noise complaints where you are using The Noise App, please ensure you download ‘The Noise App 2.0’ from the app store in order to continue using the service and uninstall the old version of the app from your device.
