Gender Pay Gap
At Caledonia, we are committed to pay equality and diversity across our workforce.
From April 2017, all organisations employing over 250 staff members are required to publish their gender pay gap figures. As we employ below this number, there is no statutory obligation to report on our Gender Pay Gap, however we have chosen to do so to demonstrate our commitment to recognising and addressing our Gender Pay Gap.
Our gender pay gap report for 2022-23 sets out the average difference in staff pay between men and women, and provides full details and context of these results.
