It’s feeling more like winter now, so we wanted to remind you of all the services and support available to help you stay warm, save money and access help and support when you need it.

Caledonia’s partnership with SCARF can help with energy costs and debt by providing a free energy advice helpline and other resources for our tenants.

We’re also partnering with Lightning Reach to help tenants navigate benefit entitlements, access financial support and one-off grants to deal with unexpected bills or household essentials.  Caledonia tenants have already accessed almost £7000 of grants and over £14,000 of benefits they were entitled to but hadn’t claimed. Once you complete your details the portal will search for benefits, support and funding you might be eligible for.

For tenants living in Dundee, you can also get support via the HOPE project that can provide advice and signposting to local services and facilities that can keep you safe, well and independent.
