After hearing your feedback in our 2023 Tenant Satisfaction Survey— where 38.5% of tenants expressed a desire for more locally relevant information—we have reimagined our approach to keep you updated in a way that’s more focused on your area.
Each edition of our newsletter will now aim to bring you:

- Important Announcements: Key updates from Caledonia that affect all tenants, along with information specifically tailored to your area.
Additionally, we’ve moved to a digital format to support our Climate and Sustainability goals. By reducing paper use, we’re minimising our environmental impact and making more efficient use of resources.
