Suggestions

We’re committed to hearing the views of our tenants & other customers.

As part of our continual effort to provide the best possible service across our communities, we want to hear your thoughts and suggestions!  Just use the feedback form below to send these to us.

Also, we recently launched physical suggestion boxes in our retirement complexes.  As many of our homes are spread over large geographical areas, we’ve set up a digital mailbox for all tenants to use suggestions@caledonia.co.uk. 

The aim of the suggestion boxes is for Caledonia customers to put forward their thoughts, suggestions or comments (anonymously if they wish). A team of staff will review and action the suggestion box feedback once per month. We will then report on the suggestions and their outcomes in the newsletter and on our website.

We need help to get people to join in and have their say. Also, we need our complex painted, we look like an old tenement, we want to have pride where we live.

We need to upgrade our entrance area and lounge as we look like a care home. We have regimental lines of tables and chairs that don’t look very welcoming. Also, we need it painted and maybe some table lamps.

We did

  • We have held a walk n talk at the scheme and discussed suggestion points.  
  • Quotes obtained for communal area upgrade painting.  
  • We have also upgraded library on top floor

  • Upgrades to front area of scheme from walk about including power washing, new bin shed to hide external bins, flower beds area tidied up.  
  • We will also look into upgrading other points for the lounge to make this more aesthetically pleasing for all.
