This report must present customers with an assessment of our performance, highlighting any areas for improvement, in a clear and easy-to-read format. The relevant Regulatory Requirements are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scottish Social Housing Charter Performance: CH3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report our progress toward the Charter outcomes and standards to tenants and service users, no later than October each year.<\/li>\n<li>Agree on the format of performance reporting with tenants, ensuring it is accessible, plain, and jargon-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scottish Social Housing Charter Performance: CH4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When reporting our performance to tenants and service users, we must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an assessment of how well we are delivering the relevant Charter outcomes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Include comparisons with previous years, other landlords, and national performance.<\/li>\n<li>Outline how and when we plan to address any areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Offer tenants and service users a way to provide feedback on the format of the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Charter Key Performance Indicators, along with results from previous years, are included for comparison. We also highlight the progress made on improvement actions identified in the previous year&#8217;s self-assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Service improvements that demonstrate our commitment to our guiding principles &#8211; Keeping it Simple, Making it Personal, and Making it Right<strong> &#8211; <\/strong>are highlighted.
